Managing announcements

Announcements are a useful tool for communicating important information to your customers, as they are displayed when users open the menu. This guide will walk you through creating and deleting announcements.




Log into the Menu Manager

  1. Go to the Menu Manager

  2. Enter your credentials and login.







Navigate to the location list

  1. Select “Settings” from the left sidebar and scroll down the "Operations" page.







Access the announcements feature

  1. Click the "Announcements" button. You will be able to view all active announcements and create new ones.







Create a new announcement

  1. Click the “New announcement” button

  2. Select and check off the specific location(s) where you want the announcement to be displayed.

  3. Type your announcement in the "Announcement message" box.

  4. If you have multiple languages set up, input the message for each language you support. Ensure that each message is correctly associated with its corresponding language using the language dropdown menu.

  5. Click the "Submit" button to save your message.







Delete an announcement

  1. Click the "Trash" icon associated with the announcement you wish to delete.
