Configuring takeout ordering
Takeout ordering allows customers to conveniently place orders for pickup, helping you streamline operations and maximize sales. This guide will show you how to enable takeout ordering, configure scheduling options, and set limits to manage order flow efficiently.
Log into the Menu Manager
- Go to the Menu Manager.
- Enter your credentials and login.

Access the menu settings
- Select "Menus" from the left sidebar.
- Click on the three grey dots on the right side associated with the menu to open its settings.

Enable takeout ordering
- Toggle ASAP ordering to allow diners to place takeout orders anytime during service hours
- Set an Estimated prep time to define how long it takes to complete an order.
- Configure Last call to establish the latest time an order can be placed before closing.

Set up scheduled ordering
- Enable Scheduled ordering to allow diners to place takeout orders in advance.
- Set an Order notice to define the minimum lead time required before an order can be placed.
- Adjust Ordering intervals to determine time gaps between pickup slots (e.g., every 15 minutes).
- Set a Max orders per interval to limit the number of orders per pickup slot (e.g., max 8 orders for the 12:15 time slot).
