Setting up delivery locations

This guide will walk you through the process of configuring delivery settings, including enabling delivery, setting delivery charges, and defining delivery areas.




Log into the Menu Manager

  1. Go to the Menu Manager

  2. Enter your credentials and login.







Navigate to the advanced settings

  1. Select “Settings” from the left sidebar. 

  2. Select the "Fulfillment" tab.








Access delivery settings

  1. Click the "Delivery settings" button.







Enable delivery

  1. Click the "Enable delivery" toggle to activate delivery.







Set delivery charges

  1. Click the "Add delivery charge" checkbox to activate delivery charges. 

  2. Input the dollar amount or percentage you will charge for delivery.







Select delivery type

  1. Select the delivery type that best fits your business needs.

Address:

  1. Select "Address" delivery type if you plan to do your own delivery within a radius around your location.

  2. Input your location address.

  3. Input the radius within which you are willing to deliver. Customers who enter a delivery address outside of the configured radius will not be able to place an order for delivery.



Custom

  1. Select "Custom" delivery type if you will be delivering to set locations. 

  2. Input the "Location label" and the associated list, separating each field with a comma (e.g. Floor).

  3. Input the "Area label" and the associated list, separating each field with a comma (e.g. Room).

  4. Click the "Add another area" button to input additional areas.







Save changes

  1. Click the "Save" button to save your changes.
